This is the only towel hoop I could find that had an open top so you don't have to "thread" the towel through, and also pivots. You just pull it out, lay the towel down, and push back against the wall so it looks neat.

I placed this in the only bathroom we have. It is a great quality item. The swivel function is also great so that you can place the hand towel in several different arrangements. I don't like having a hand towel that is up against the wall all the time, since the moisture can't dry as well, and this towel hoop gives you the option to keep it off!
