Comments about Emtek 18'', 24'' and 30'' - Towel Bar - 2502:
Beautiful towel holder made with solid metal rods that are heavy. Nice flat black finish without the southwestern look. I did have a small problem- one setscrew was not tapped completely through so I could not tighten the mount securely. I ran a tap (10-32) through and all was good. The hollow wall anchors were not the best for such a sturdy, heavy towel rod so I used more substantial anchors. After hanging the rods (the 24" and the 30") I could not be happier. Great appearance.
Service & Delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt. Packaging was great. Product was vacuum sealed in plastic for protection. Box was damaged in shipping (UPS) but item inside was perfect.
