From the time it came out of the box this product has been noisy and gettig noiser everyday. There is no way to reach the fans that need to be cleaned. This would have been my best Christmas present if it wasn't so loud!

The description for the product states "no noise". However, the fan/blower constantly runs. It took me a good 2 weeks to get used to the noise.

This product is very nice looking, has a fairly quiet hum and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a small wine chiller. The cons are that it can only hold one type of wine at a time as it chills the entire compartment uniformly. The other con is that it won't hold 11 bottles as promised.....unless you cram one on top of another or something. It will hold 9 bottles nicely.
