Although the noise is much lower when compared to compressor based systems it is constant and quite annoying if placed in a dining/living room. Works well and the shelfs slide out easily. Fits larger bottles if a shelf is removed. Humidity goes well below 50% but placing a small container with water in the unit helps somewhat. Good system for the price if used in a room where the constant sssss can be tolerated

I can only get 27 normal-sized bottles in the cooler-not a big deal
