It helps keep the fireplace hearth clean and it works great on the stairs. I like the ability to use the hand-held unit for small clean up jobs.

I bought this vacuum for my RV and was not
impressed with it. It picks up about 70% of
what you go over. The detachable hand vac does
better than the main unit. Just OK for a quick
go over.

I seen this product on the show "I Want That" and thought it would be faster than the one I was currently using with a cord. After I got it home my 4 year old son loved it and now cleans the floor after every meal for me (hard wood only). Plus cleaning up the highchair after my one year old is a snap with the attachment. Great product to have for any family!!
