Easy to use and easy to clean. It has popped nearly every kernel. Heats up quickly, no waiting. The hard-plastic popping vessel is a concern but, so far, seems durable. Best to remove the popped corn as soon as popping is near finished to avoid burning. Overall, a really good addition to the kithcen countertop.
