This 3 Section Stainless Steel Buffet & Warming Tray server is great for entertaining at any special event. With the buffet warmer, your main courses, side dishes or desserts will stay warm. It comes with three individual stainless steel chafing dishes which hold 2.5 quarts. Each dish comes with clear dome PC lids. Each stainless steel chafing dish fits inside the pan holder, which can be removed so you can use the stainless steel warming tray alone. The stainless steel heating surface is durable and easy to clean. The warming tray has two cool-touch handles, four non-stick feet that offer stability, and three variable heat controls (low, medium, high).

I have given this item to several people. It is compact and versatile. I would like to have a "cooling" tray included (or optional) with the product. This would expand the use of the three-section server portion for chilled items. Simply lay chilled bags or ice in the tray and lay the three-section server on top.

I bought one for myself and one as a gift. Absolutely wonderful product. I like to do a Sunday brunch. Everything stays warm. All of my family can go back for seconds without things being dried out or cold. Got one for my daughter-in-law also. She loves it too.
