We have owned this product for 5 yrs with never a problem. Now our children are begging to have this popper for their homes. Just purchased two more! It is a great addition to our bar area and for entertaining!

We ordered this item without reading the reviews. I was hesitant about the product when I did. My husband had to make one minor adjustment to the part that turns and it has been working great! We did find that using a bit more oil turns out much better popcorn. Also, actual popcorn maker oil had better results. Good construction, very durable for our family of 7. It just took a bit of trial and error to get the perfect popcorn in a very fun way. The price is well worth it and overall, we have enjoyed our purchase completely!

We are just not happy with the overall product. It doesn't pop all the popcorn, the popcorn gets stuck in the popper, when it does pop, and won't dump out. We have used a lot and a little oil, and neither seems to work. It just isn't working for us like we had planned.

Tried popping using olive oil and canola oil. I followed directions, using 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 of popcorn. Only a few kernels popped. I am very disappointed with this product.
