This was given to me as a gift. I use it for our breakfast when we want to "pig out". It is very easy to understand and use. no "bells and whistles" to worry about. Does exactly what I use it for, making fantastic meals.

I have tried many different griddles, and after working for a family who had this particular one, I went out and bought one for myself! Once heat unit is removed it can be fully immersed in water for cleaning. Very nice even surface, heats evenly. I use it for pancakes, bacon, grilled chesse etc. Highly recommended
