If you need a place to keep your blades, this is it. It could be designed a LOT better, but it's the only thing available that holds the stem and disks and chopping blade, so we have little choice. It functions alright, but the slots for the chopping blade and stem could be smoother and more intuitive. You have to twist the parts into JUST the right position to put them in, and I could see an elderly person or anyone with slight dexterity issues getting cut.
Then there is the lock. It was stuck when it arrived and I had to open it up and reassemble the cheap plastic "gears" inside. It still does not open/close smoothly as it should (my mother has one and hers is much smoother) but it suits my needs and I can still recommend it to those with children or who just don't want these dangerous parts lurking in a drawer or cupboard poised and ready to slice an unwary or hurried hand.
No complaints on the service. The item arrived as described and when promised and the price was fair, about the same as everyone else online charges. Shipping fees could have been a little better, but handling charges seem to be inflated all over these days, and theirs was not overly so in comparison.
I would order from this company again happily.

Great, compact storage unit for processor blades and attachments.
Unit is not very well build as far as sturdiness goes. Cover is very light weight and locking mechanism has a lot to be desired.
