I am so glad I got this. I was sick of stale tasting coffee from home and wasting my money at Starbucks. This is fantastic - so worth the money!

I call it the coffee maker city because the thing is fairly large and has 3 towers, the pot/basket tower, the grinder tower, and the water tower. The grinder is a bit loud, so it wakes you up in the morning when the timer is set unless you have a huge house. We mainly brew a 4 cup batch. My only complaint is that even on the aroma setting, the brew is not quite as strong as we would like it (we like it very strong). So we wind up having to use the 6 cup fine grind setting with 4.5-5 cups of water which uses a bit more coffee bean then we needed using a manual Braun grinder and a 4 cup coffee maker. But it functions well and looks cool. It does take up more counter space than a regular style maker by a noticeable margin.

NO MATTER WHAT COFFEE YOU USE. IT WILL TASTE GREAT. I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER. IT IS A LITTLE NOISY WHEN YOU USE THE COFFEE BEANS BUT THE RESULTS ARE WORTH IT. I HAD NO IDEA THE COFFEE MAKER COULD MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE.

So far so good! I especially like that I can adjust the grind and brew strength settings to my liking. The filter change reminder is a nice feature as well. The brochure that came with it provides explicit and easy to follow instructions for use as well as information regarding brew strength and grind settings and types of coffee beans to use. I prefer to have the clock setting as a 12-hour reading, as opposed to the 24-hour - but that's not a big deal. I've already recommended this product to a few of my friends!

Works great! The machine is well constructed and looks high-tech but is very easy to use. I love having just one machine on my countertop and no mess from transferring coffee from the grinder to the coffee maker. The display highlights every option, making it very easy to optimize every setting. I had heard complaints about how difficult grind and brew machines are to clean. Cleaning this one, though, is no problem at all. Would highly recommend!
