Not having a glass carafe to clean is nice. And the coffee stays nice and hot. Included gold filter saves using paper filters.

The controls are easy to use. The no carafe design is very nice. The timed "stay hot" feature is very helpful. The clock face is really too bright at night. It is more like a nightlight than a clock.

Tastes fresh down to the last cup.

We have used this model before and it finally gave up so I'm back to purchase the exact piece of equipment! Quick Brewing and dispenser is wonderful. Keeps things clean and coffee always fresh. Never a burnt cup even when dispensing to the bottom of the pot. Cleaning is a breeze and company loves the way the coffee tastes. Can't say enough positive about this Brew Station!

I had the original brew station from Hamilton Beach for 5 years and liked it. The new one takes everything to a new level in all aspects. Hard to do any better than tihs one.
