No better than a cheap opener
By Glen with the broken $[...] can opener from Coarsegold CA on 1/19/2007
Pros:
Easy To Assemble, Easy To Clean
Cons:
activation lever breaks, Not Durable

Comments about Cuisinart SCO-60 Deluxe Stainless Steel Can Opener:

The easy to remove activation lever breaks easily, this would be a great can opener but they use a plastic T-fitting on the end of the activation lever that my 4'11" wife managed to break while trying to open a can less than two weeks after we'd recieved it. If they'd make this fitting out of metal it'd be indestructible, as it is we'll have to contact customer service. Who would even think that your top of the line can opener would have such a weak spot after all my $15 20 year old can opener still works great its just short.
