Tried several blenders, the last of which was a Cuisinart Smart Power 600 for making my daily smoothies. I took each one back due to poor blending and the blades not pulling the mixture down. The Cuisinart was probably the most expensive (100.00) and the sorriest of the lot. Took it back and got the 24.00 Hamilton Beach. It does a fantastic job on smoothies and I love it.
