    This product is great to make hot chocolate or coffee on demand! Our family went from drinking very little water to drinking over 5 gallons a week because of the cold water on demand.

    Purchased this for my parents, so that they no longer have to shlep bottled water home from the store. Also, they both suffer from arthritis, so the bottom mount design is ideal for them. Best and most useful gift I've ever given them!

    Our new water dispenser is great and is very easy to load. If you have ever dropped a water bottle you know what I mean. We have been very happy with the hot water dispenser as well. It heats much better that our last model (different mfg.)
