This cutting edge unit has a fully automatic fan forced frost-free cooling system and includes an adjustable thermostat, adjustable shelves, fan forced air circulation and U.L. approved for built-in use. Models are U.L. and U.L.-S approved (meet NSF Standard 7 for foodservice use). Base black models have reversible doors SUMMIT SCFF55 utilizes a commercial, made in USA, cooling system for reliability (see options).

The unit is great for it's design. Running constantly and not keeping ice cream well frozen are the only dislikes. Otherwise we're happy with the purchase.
