I was extremely happy with the looks of this product until I used it and it is so noisy. The vent automatically turns on 2 every time you use the microwave and you cannot turn it off. Very annoying. I would not have bought this if I could have heard it first in the store.

Very Good - but no cookbook.

Difficult To Clean, only because I'm short

When I reheat my coffee, it always overflows. Everything else is fine. BUT it does not come with a cookbook for this wattage and all my old ones are for 700 watt microwave and I don't know how to adjust.
