I want to vent about the lack of filter

I expected my over the range microwave/convection combo installation package to include whatever filter needed to operate the vent. It was annoying to discover during installation that a charcoal filter, required for in room ventilation, was not included. The incovenience of having to order and to pick up the filter,and the cost were irritating. Though my unit works just fine, I won't forget my experience when I make my next appliance purchase.
