I use this product for defrosting, cooking frozen foods, and heating left-overs and snacks. From size, to attractiveness, to simplified usage, to the intricate matrix of the START button, and, to how the microwave door opens,
I certainly see nothing bad but plentifully great about this microwave.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt, and, I received it in good condition. I recently received it with an extended two-year warranty that begins, (at least, according to the Service Contract Number 326-3930801), on 12/19/2009 and ends on 12/19/2011.

Very easy to use, ample features. 1200 watts provides plenty of cooking power. Sensor cooking for reheating works great and eliminates overcooking.
