Defective out of the box! Panasonic customer service told me
the unit was defective & to ship the unit in for service. i pointed out
that i had owned the unit for all of 30 minutes & laughed while
i assured them they would never need to worry about me being a
Panasonic customer in the future. What a joke.

I liked it very much because it has a lot of good features, a lot of specialty buttons, very friendly to use.Very enchanted by it because the design is very sharp, very, very beatiful, your finger prints do not show on the surface where you press the buttons, I would have liked to keep it, but because of the sensor reheat malfunction I had to return it.When you use sensor reheat button it stops at 10 seconds,and resets itself as if it has lost power, and sometimes it works fine. Go figure! When you pay almost $[...] (including taxes) for a luxury Genius Prestige microwave it better work properly.For less than half the money you can get the Panasonic NN-H765W and still the sensor reheat doesn't work as it should, it never stops, second Panasonic that dissapoints me. It seems that Panasonic has some problems with the sensor reheat function. But at least it's half the price! Good luck to you!
