-beautiful machine, lots of capacity!-i've had a few issues with shaking/vibrations when I fill the machine to capacity but other than that it works like a charm. You should also note that when the machine fills with water it is relatively loud...but I think that's normal for front-load washers. -Overall I would definitely make this purchase again and my experience with homeclick.com has been great! Replaced Frigidaire Front Load washer which worked well for 5 years. There is no comparison to cleaning capability. The LG also uses less water for much larger capacity. So far so good

Love this machine! My first front load washer, and my clothes are so much cleaner and smell great. I put them stacked on top of a woodstove board for extra support as they are on the first floor not the basement, made a good decision there.

I like to make my own choices, the washer and dryer are pre programed and will not deviate from what they are programed to do for each setting. That is fine for 80% of the time but somethings require you to think outside the box. The wash time is very long, you can wash a lot at once but it takes forever to go through a cycle. My other disappointment is the clothes do not come out as dry as they did in my Fisher Paykel, ( So dry that time in the dryer was minimal). These are very wet, heavy and take forever to dry.

I absolutely love these. My teenage daughter can actually pick up all the crap on her floor and it fits one load... and she does it too! It cleans so much more than I expected, and the different options available make it so I can go from cruddy jeans to my delicates... don't have to clean the washer after either. No more worries when I do laundry. Soooo happy with these.
