I purchased this washer (and coordinating dryer) this past weekend, and so far, we've done 6 loads of laundry (clothes, towels, bedding). I chose it because it's a good name, it has lots of different settings, and it's energy star. When I started using it, however, I also fell in love with the timer at the top that tells you how long is left in your cycle. So helpful! I don't know how it deals with heavy duty loads, but it is VERY quiet, and it does a great job! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Service & Delivery comments:

We actually took it home on a trailer and installed it ourselves. NOTE: REMOVE THE SHIPPING ROD AT THE BOTTOM. We did not read the directions, and the first load we did was VERY LOUD. We called the store we got it from expecting a fight, but they told us about the shipping rod, and it cleared the problem right up. It runs like a dream, and we couldn't be happier.
