The Frigidaire Tumble Care Washer is a better and more efficient way to wash than traditional agitator machines. Clothes are gently lifted and plunged through the water – effectively forcing detergent and water through clothing fibers to lift out sand, soil and stains. The result is uniform cleaning throughout the entire washload without the wear and tear caused by an ever-churning agitator. All with a quieter operation and minimal water and energy use.

Extra Large 3.1 Cu. Ft. I.E.C. Capacity : The International Electrotechnical Commission (I.E.C.) standard of capacity measurement is used for low-water, non-agitator based wash systems. As the number of high efficiency products in North America has increased, I.E.C. has become the standard for measuring High Efficiency machines.

I put this washer on an optional base to make the washer higher.Much to shakey up high.Off the base couldn't ask for a better product.Don't waste your money on a base...
