I debated purchasing this product for a long time. When I finally did, I was very impressed. It is quite large for a portable washer (holds about 2/3 the load of a regular machine) and is very easy to use. The digital display is great, and there are lots of options for the length of wash, number of rinse cycles, and length of spin cycle. The spin cycle does such a good job that I hang my clothes on a drying rack, and they are dry in about 12 hours (sometimes 24 for jeans).
The only problem we've had at all deals with the hose. Every time we take it off the faucet, the tip of the faucet with the screen in it comes off with the hose. It's not that big of deal but just a little annoying. Also, the drain hose that rests in the sink fell out one time - I think the movement of the machine caused it to walk itself out of the sink. This was a slightly bigger deal because it caused a mess in our kitchen. We fixed this problem by using a wire to attach the drain hose to the faucet for future uses.
Regardless of the small problems, I would recommend this product to anyone. I use this product for all of the laundry that my husband, my 4-month old daughter, and I generate. I do between 4 and 5 loads a week.

This machine is fantastic. It really gets my clothes clean. I really enjoy the 2 rinse system. I did buy a dolly to put it on so I could roll it over carpet to put it into my closet. It is a fine piece of machinery. I am so pleased with it.

I have been using my machine on a regular basis now for almost 5 weeks. I am a very fussy person and so far I have had no problems with the performance. It washes very well and can fit up to 5 pairs of light-weight women's jeans (talls) in one wash. It also fits one flat & fitted queen-sized sheets and two pillow cases in one wash. Once the wheels are on, it is very easy to manoeuvre. We plumbed it into the closet so I dont have to move it around - and no one knows its here! One very minute drawback is that the fabric softener dispenser does not work effectively so I have to pour the fabric softener in when rinsing. Some of the fixtures that came with it needed changing because water dripped where the connection was made but afterwards everything worked perfectly. Overall, this machine is excellent, excellent, exellent and washes as well as or even better than the usual bigger-sized machine. NO REGRETS!!!!
The service I recieved was extremely wonderful. Customer Service was great, as I had to cancel and re-order which was easy and straightforward - faced no problems. I got my refund within 5dys which I thought was a reasonable timeframe. After being told that delivery was going to take about 3wks, the machine arrived within 8dys. So I was very excited and happy about that. It arrived with a small dent on the side but that was no big deal to me even though I'm a fussy person. Excellent Customer/Delivery service.

The delivery and price were excellent I saved atleast 300.00 by purchasing through homeclick.com.
The portable washer doesn't roll easily on carpet, so I had to modify the wheels & The hoses leaked so I went to the hardware store and replaced them with much better hoses. The machine is a excellent washer.

I was thrilled to receive my product and equally thrilled when I used it for the first time! I could not find anything locally that served my purpose as well, and the price was awesome.
