The photo should show the exact picture. I thought the dryer has a glass door, and it doesn't. It showed the controls were knobs, and they are not. Its digital buttons. Otherwise, it is a very nice dryer, for small apartments.

I have found that the smaller the load, the better, and faster it dries. Don't overload and add more time, it just doesn't help. You must remember this is a portable unit and can only do so much. Once I got my load size figured out, it really did a great job!

This product is great when you have a small load to do or when you spill something and you want to wash the item before the stain sets. I love it because it can fit in a small space without being obtrusive.

I just got this dryer a few weeks ago and use it daily. I have a baby and a husband, and they generate a lot of laundry! The dryer obviously isn't large capacity, but it's perfect for our apartment and is holding up well to daily use.
