I am very pleased with this dryer and the ease of loading and unloading it is great. Having a bad day do a load of laundry the smiley face will chear you up.

First of all, I have to say this was the first time that I purchased such a large item that was over a couple hundred dollars online. [...] Secondly, their is 7 in our family and the DEIX2 Fisher&Paykel handles everything I put in it, from delicates to heavy loads. My husband shirts are perfect. Loading the dryer is so easy and nothing falls on the floor. I put the clothes from my washer in a basket and just dump them into my Fisher&Paykel Dryer. My one daughter has allergies and the lent filter system is phenomenal. No more lent flying back on to laundry. The large lent bucket inside traps all the lent for several loads. And you do not need to dirty your hands with lent, you just dump the bucket. I wipe the outside of bucket with a paper towel. I loved the price[...] Home Click has this item priced right. My local Mr. Appliance service man that I trust, services Fisher&Paykel and was right there for service. It makes a slight thump sound when it locks and unlocks, but nothing to worry about. The overall sound while running is surprising quiet for as much power that it has. In my opinion it is quieter that the Miele, which I heard on a show room floor. So, I decided to save hundreds and go with Fisher&Paykel dryer. I have Miele washer and completely happy with the wash machine. My wash machine when out first, and at that time I did not explore Fisher&Paykel. And I skill do not know about their wash machines. So, sorry no experience with the wash machines. [...] Lastly, I love the smiley face that greets me on the Display Screen when I turn the power on my DEIX2 Fisher&Paykel dryer. What a delightful why to make a chore easier. There are very few negative features about this dryer. The longer drying time in my opion is a plus ans a negative. I have noticed clothes I would normally iron do not require it. The right temperature really make a difference. I would rather let the dryer do the work then to stand or an ironing board!I also like the fact that it dose not heat up my house, unlike my old dryer, which I hated to use in the summer.

Service & Delivery comments:

Rec'd email giving approximate delivery date. It was right on ordered Nov 1st delivered Nov 13th. Yellow Delivery was super and did not mind waiting so my husband could check item out for damage. Zero problems! I called customer service and sales dept before I purchsed the dryer. Was cut off once after being on hold 10 minute. When I finally got through ( 2nd call waited 15min ) they were very helpful.

WE LOVE IT SO FAR. ONLY HAD IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS. SEEMS TO TAKE LONGER TO DRY CLOTHES THAN OUR OTHER DRYER.
