WISH I HAD REPLACED WITH A KITCHEN AIDE LIKE I HAD, AS THIS DISHWASER IS SO MUCH INFERIOR. HAD MY KITCHEN AIDE FOR 15 YEARS ONLY ONE REPAIR AND IT CLEANED EXPERTLY.

I've almost stopped looking at other brands...
LG has great designs at unbeatable prices. This dishwasher is built like a tank. Very quiet, and gets the job done nicely. And the styling is just what I wanted.
One thing that I miss (that my old Maytag had) is an indicator light that tells you that the load in the dishwasher is clean (the light stays on until you unload the machine). Seems that none of the manufacturers are including that feature anymore though.

So very quiet and such an outstanding job. The bottom rack needs to be gently nudged in because the track is so close to the sides of the 'tub.'

It loads different then old dishwasher. Does better job then our GE did. It is very quiet compared to our GE. You can carrie on a conversation or watch TV when it is running. Dishes are still where you put them when it's done. very pleased with the LG. Our Ge did come with the house new. Contractor grade!
