Jenn-Air products are always my choice

Pros:

Easy to Clean, Heats Up Quickly, High Powered Burners, Large Surface Area, Precise Controls

Cons:

Warmer burner too cool

Best Uses:

Larger Kitchens, Sauteing, Searing

Comments about Jenn-Air 30 in 5 Element Electric Radiant Cooktop - JEC9530BD:

I especially like the controllabilty of the burners over such a wide range of temperatures. I enjoy french cooking and want my cooking temperatures to be very accurate. I have a large kitchen with every surface covered with real copper sheeting. The counter tops are black with tiny white speckling, the same as the Jenn-Air. Very, very chic.
