this unit is of good Quality! It does need better air flow adjustment. Run it on low-set the temp and I can sleep.I have sent outher units back (5),there QUIT was Too LOUD. I'm SOLD on FRIGIDARE..

I orderd an Amana 8,000 BTU window AC.Put it my bedroom window.the fan on low speed could be heard all over the house.I sent it back to the store.I read all the reviews and went with Frigidaire.This company has been around a long time,and backing there Appilance with a 5 year warranty sold me!! The store checks for any problems with the unit,with a ok its sent out.I'm happy with one.Now I can SLEEP-its QUIET...

IT WAS EASY INSTALLATION, AND QUITE AND RUNS VERY QUITE AND GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMANDED TO MY FRIENDS.
