It fit perfectly in my window and it cools the room beautifully. I love the Energy saver feature.

The unit was delivered in a very timely manner.

I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago and it is working well so far, but I haven't figured out how to use the remote control as yet. I am following the instructions but it does not work, so I just use the key pad on the unit.

This is a very good product! Its a very heavy item around 80lbs and large so it may not fit in every window but it fit mine fine. Its great at cooling 2 rooms very easily! It is a bit loud as most air conditioners are, but a great value for the money. Lots of different settings (more than most) great handy remote and wonderful addition to my home. If u r thinking of buying i suggest trying it out u cant go wrong!
