Great cooling machine with many options for settings and cooling degrees. Of course works better in an enclosed environment, but still fairly powerful and not too loud for me. Remote is helpful and energy saver is a plus.

This was fairly easy to install, is one of the more energy efficient models out there, and cools the bedroom pretty quickly. The remote control is also very convenient. On the other hand, though it is certainly not the loudest window unit, it is still louder than some others I've had, including other energy star ones. Also, it does not make the room quite as cool as the "temperature" on the display indicates. The profile is also a tad high considering how few BTUs this particular unit has, but that is rather minor. Overall, though, a very decent air conditioner.
