      Great way to have a realistic fire and protect the atmosphere and your lungs too.Enjoy setting in front of the fire reading a book.
      Two things that would make it even better : add a sound system that sounds like the real thing and ( probably not doable) something to give out the smell of a real
      fire place

        I bought this unit to add supplemental heat and ambiance to a basement in-law suite. It more than adequately heats the small apt. We have only had the unit for a short period of time, but it works great so far and we are quite pleased with it.
