            Used as it was designed to be used. To connect the new Toto toilet.

            Service and delivery comments:

            Delivery was a little slow..HOWEVER..major winter storms may have played into that. The item arrived in good condition; was packed well. I did call prior to placing my order and ther person I spoke to was helpful.
