The valve was installed by a professional. First valve would not turn off water supply. Toto said the problem was the cartridge and they would send a new one. However, the also valve leaked at the base. Called Homeclick and, as expected, they sent a replacement valve. Great response from Homeclick personnel.

I normally have good luck with Toto products, but the experience with this valve was disappointing. Hated to pay to have it installed twice. Shower is still under construction. If the valve works as described, I will be pleased, and would likely give the valve a higher overall rating. Again, it's too early to tell.

I purchased a normal tub with a shower head and spout and an additional shower head[...]Unfortunately the plumber did not know how to install it and told me I could not have all three (spout and two shower heads. Make sure your plumber understands how it is to be intalled and have them contact TOTO for assistance.
