i had heard so many nightmars stories of necessary

this has no problems it is instant and plently of force. i love toto and am very glad that this purchase also had the 3inch flush valve

We used to have a beautiful Kohler ornate looking toilet that we bought 6 years ago, but it didn't flush efficiently. This one is very plain but works very well.

It took about 8 days to arrive, but it was in good shape and the buying experience was easy and efficient. When it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, I was happy to find that the shipper had a 24 hour toll free number and could tell me why and when it would get here.

This is the second model toilet in my home. The first was installed a few years back and works flawlessly. You can't by a better brand than Toto. I have installed many other brands and this is the one brand I recommend to all my customers with 100% satisfaction.

We use it with a Toto Washlet, which we like. We used the toilet seat that came with it on another elongated toilet. My wife likes the ADA height; I prefer a lower height.

Since moving into my 19 year old home just 3 years ago, I have had several problems and overflow incidents with the cheap builder grade toliets. I have always heard Toto's are the best and now I am a convinced. Sure it cost a bit more but knowing this will likely be the last toliet I have to buy for this bathroom, it is well worth the investment. I opted for a one piece design and ADA compliant model and love it! It took a while for my teens to get use to the higher height but now they really like it. I find myself using their bathroom more myself :-) Worth every penny.

Have had a Toto toilet for six years and have found it to be the best flush ever, even better than the older toilets using much more water. Bought this ADA-compliant Toto in anticipation of my bilateral knee replacement; the extra height is much easier on my post-surgery knees which are extremely stiff from the swelling. Even when they are back to normal I anticipate that the added height will remain comfortable.

I'm not proud of the fact that I regularly clog other toilets, but the Toto brand stands up to my best efforts, and I seldom find the plumber's helper necessary with either of my Totos. Well worth the extra money, and the one-piece styling is sleek and easy to keep spotless. The soft-close seat/lid combo is fabulous, although sometimes I crash other toilet lids when I forget that I'm not at home.

I think it speaks well for Toto that I decided to shell out for a whole new taller toilet rather than install safety rails on my existing older toilet (which I tended to avoid in favor of my first Toto.) It was easy to assemble and install in a couple of hours - the only help I required was in wrestling it to the site.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was somewhat stalled in that there is no regular route to my town; however, I called the depot in SLC and explained my situation with the surgery, and they got it to me just in time to install it and leave the following day. It arrived in perfect condition.
