This new TOTO High - Efficiency Toilet features a 1.28 gallon flush that uses 20% less water than TOTO's standard 1.6 gpf, while delivering the same impressive performance that you have come to expect from TOTO. This new HET shall all be registered in the EPA’s new WaterSense® water efficiency program and will carry the WaterSense label.
