                        The Toto Carolina II replaced an 1.6gpf American Standard round toilet in our guest bathroom. It cyclone flushes. It works much better than the AS with solids, but does sometimes require two flushes. It fills quickly, so not much of a hassle to flush twice. It uses less water per flush than most toilets but still has a large water spot. It's a bit noisier than your typical toilet (open in the back near the wall) and the flush is abruptly loud, taking some time to get used to. Looks beautiful, fits in a tight space well. The low profile is attractive, but the tank is sloped, so you can't place anything on the lid.

                              What is the required distance from the "Wall" to the front of the toilet seat when installed? I am concerned about it sticking too far out in the bathroom compared to the round style seat we now have.

                                The toilet will automatically come with a 12" rough-in. However, you can purchase the Toto 10" Unifit Rough-In model # TSU01W.10 from our website if you so choose and use that instead. And while we are on it, the unit will also accept Toto's 14" Unifit Rough-In model # TSU01W.14.
