            Two of them in the house I bought, insulated tanks reduce sweating in cold weahter but flushing is so turbulent that some drops of water from the bowl splash out on to the seat.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                      The one flush and water conservation is great. The tank & bowl were shipped in separate boxes. The tank had factory installed insulation, with all parts together ready to be bolted. I believe it was a great bargain.

                      The delivery was very prompt and I was extremely satisfied with the packaging & delivery of such a fragile porcelain product.
