        This toilet adds just a little bit of design to the basic idea of "toilet." Not too flashy... just right for us. Transitional decor. This toilet goes in a very small, under-the-stair powder room, so its smaller-than-average size really helped out. It is brand new... but the bottom line is that it's a mid-range toilet from a reputable manufacturer; and it met our size and design requirements.

        Service and delivery comments:

        Prompt enough delivery. It arrived in good condition. Haven't had to use customer service on this item, but have used customer service on other items and they are responsible and prompt.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
