This is the 2nd Holland grill I've had. 1st one lasted 12 years. I wouldn't have anything else. Great for whole turkeys or roasts as well as normal burgers,hotdogs and steaks. Absolutly no flare-ups. Greatest grill made!

How large of a turkey can the unit handle? Also if I add the searing until, does that add to the width?
