When my fridge died I had to get one fast. I have a small galley kitchen so finding a stylish fridge with the correct dimensions was of utmost importance. Be warned. This fridge is actually 1/4 an inch taller than described on many websites. I found the correct dimensions only after downloading the manual from the samsung website. Even though I had to move the cabinet above the fridge, in the end, I'm very happy with it. In addition to style, the price couldn't be beat. In the end, the hassle was worth it.

Service and delivery comments:

Pros: The product arrived in good condition.
Cons: (1) The fridge was backordered the day before it was supposed to arrive; and (2) Customer service told me that delivery would be to the front door of the apartment building (outside). I decided to wing it and figure out how to get the fridge up to the apartment. This information was incorrect as the delivery guys brought it up to my apartment.

Works very well; quieter than former dishwasher, seems a bit small due to how the racks are configured, but overall am pleased with product, purchase and purchase price.

I also purchased the 5 year service plan, which, of course, I have not yet had occasion to use, so I've reviewed the dishwasher here. The service plan seemed to be a good idea and was well-priced.

Service and delivery comments:

Excellent service by delivery company; arrived in good condition, customer service was very available and very helpful. Used both the online chat and phone contact; they ensured the dishwasher was here in time for my installer's appointment, in spite of a truck error. Reliable, and very professionsl!
