In locations where traditional plumbing may not be a viable option, innovative design and advanced technology is needed to resolve plumbing problems. In many situations bathroom facilities are installed in locations where there is no control over the products intentionally or unintentionally flushed. In these situations there may be accidental flushing of products both sanitary and otherwise which lead to plumbing problems. Saniplus is brought to you by Saniflo which introduces a heavy-duty yet sophisticated system designed to handle these issues. Rental units benefit from this type of setup as it eliminates many of the issues common with tenants.

In addition the Saniplus Toilet makes it possible to install a toilet or complete bathroom facility in locations where previously it would have been impossible, such as below the sewer line.

Designed to process both toilet waste and gray water, the Saniplus Macerator System makes it possible for toilet facilities to be functional in locations where traditionally this would not be so. Distance from sewer lines and other issues which may make it impossible to install a bathroom in a certain location are no longer issues with this system.

Using only 1.6 gallons of water per flush the Saniplus Toilet comes with toilet tank, elongated toilet bowl and macerating unit. The seat is not included in the Saniplus system. Professional installation may be beneficial however it is not required. The system can be installed with four connections, making it much less complicated than many buyers imagine.

  • The Saniplus is designed to provide vertical pumping up to 15 feet as well as a horizontal discharge, therefore a simple ball non - return valve is incorporated. This allows you to install a complete bathroom where previously this would have been impossible or where considerable capital equipment and structural work would have been necessary
