I am experiencing the same problem as described by other reviewers; the spout does not rotate any longer. Also, the locknut assembly under the countertop is completely corroded.

Just as the other posters mentioned, cheap interior parts that give way, break, and corrode make this faucet unreliable, prone to failure and very difficult and expensive to repair ... if not completely unrepairable. The frozen stem problem seems universal in this model as the interior parts corrode and seize up even when not exposed to any end-user interference such as water or handling, and may not be covered under the warranty as it could be considered "normal wear and tear." BUYER BEWARE! Rohl has offered me a replacement, for which I am grateful, but I got the feeling they were making and exception for me. I do not know why but I am grateful.

Kitchen faucet design is very poor - swivel neck frozen again - had fixed in 11/2009 and now frozen again in 12/2010 - let's see what Rohl will do this time around - last time waited 3 months for a repair. Not happy!!

This faucet in polished nickel is beautiful to look at but the swivel mechanism that allows you to move the faucet from side to side quit working within the first 8 months of use. The faucet is locked into one position and will not budge. Even a temporary fix requires completely disassembling the faucet. The faucet still works but we have to use the pullout sprayer for use in the other side of the sink. I can't recommend this until Rohl comes up with a fix that doesn't require the hassle we are going through with them.
