Good bike for anyone under 180 lbs or if you want to go slow. Hills are a problem if they are steep. We have had our trike just a short time and one of the rear wheelbearings failed. I recommend for individuals who weigh more than 180 lbs, want to go on a dirt path, or want a little speed, to purchase a trike with a larger electric motor. Again, fun for a two or three block trips. A 2-5 miles would be probably not be enjoyable. We will be ordering two rear wheels to replace the ones that came with the bike..

Got this bike because I (a male) was not able to find a step through bike locally. (Hip issues make high leg movements impossible for me) Bike was delivered with generic instructions. No instructions pictured or explained my particular bike. Had to look up item at seller site to even figure out how to put on the rear rack. Called manufacture for instructions on how to adjust derailler and best he could do was to refer me to a do it yourself website! Rear inner tube leaking, they will send me a new one, but I will have to pay to have it installed. I wish I could have found a bike I could use at one of the big box stores that would have worked for me, but they had none. At least I could have returned it. The problem with buying online is that even if the seller will let you return, you would still have to disassemble and repack it. So it's a losing proposition. Buy bikes locally if you can unless you are a bike repair expert..
