I purchased 3 of these Toto Drake toilets based upon recommendations from fellow workers and reviews here. Frankly, I have hoping for a vast improvement over my existing "swirling flush" toilet but though there was a little improvement, it wasn't what I expected and there are some trade-offs between the two. First, they do plug unless you hold the handle down for about one second. No, it is not my plumbing as my house is about 6 years old and ALL 3 do the same thing. The other thing I noticed is the bowl does not clean it's self like a "swirling flush" toilet does. So, be prepared to be doing some extra cleaning. As for noise, you know when it flushes even if you are in the next room (all my bathrooms are insulated to cut down on the noise). My old toilets were much quieter. Now, for my rating. Slick design. One piece toilet is nice to look at, like a fine sculpture, AND the toilet has a surprisingly powerful flush with an even more surprising minimal use of water..

This Toto toilet can flush better with the amount water used than just about any other toilet on the market. This toilet is a little taller which decreases strain on the back and that is why this particular toilet was purchased..

This is a very nice albeit expensive toilet and you do get what you pay for. It looks nice and works perfectly. Beware though - make sure you get the CORRECT shipper as we had a big mess. Homeclick told us one shipper - then changed it without notifying us and we couldn't track it and could not be available for delivery. I am not happy with Homeclick about this and will look at other companies in the future to work with..

The alignment of holes for the toilet seat are not quite paralle; therefore, the toilet seat is not quite straight on the bowl but slightly off-centre. Also, we had to return the toilet seat as it was defective. The supplier was most helpful in replacing the seat. Once, we replaced the toilet seat, it is now satisfactory..

Was disappointed that shipping was not free, but the price was still less than any other purveyor of the same mantel, so I'm satisfied. Item was received quickly in great condition. This is exactly what I was looking for to replace my builder's grade fireplace mantel with something elegant and expensive looking..

Very nice product so far. Instructions are not great, but the system is well designed and installation is pretty self explainitory. Seems to handle anytihng you can throw at it :).
