Ordering was a breeze and the mantel was shipped and received within days! Packing was appropriate to ensure the wood was not damaged.

We have redone a contemporay fireplace in our bedroom sitting room and turned it into a romantic oasis. The fireplace and new mantel are the focal point of the room. Just georgous!

Prior reviews described product and directions perfectly. It looks much more expensive than what I paid for it, really thick and looks substantive from both the front and side. We've struggled with the newness factor in our home, high ceilings and huge rooms - this adds the perfect architectural character and focal point - The largest version was PERFECT. Very very pleased.

Wow! We purchased the unfinished version - almost too nice to paint! - VERY solid, parts to assemble match PERFECTLY. Very smoth finish, and takes paint wonderfully. Size is exact as spec'd. single page copy of instructions took a little deciphering, but there are only a couple of parts to assemble. Simply reading it twice and looking at parts made some sense out of it - - that's the only con, and I am relly reaching for that con. If oyu are a do it yourselfer, the single page is detailed enough. Looks GREAT in our house. You can search for this exact model by name and number and find dozens of hits - but this by far was lowest price. We did find the samller size was more expensive here than other sites, which was odd, but our larger size was 1/2 the price of what other sites were charging. [...]Great experience.

Arrived quickly. Yellow Frieght in touch with us often, we never had to call them. Box in great shape. we never had t ocall customer service, but the frieght company called us to make arrangements or even offered to cahnge if necessary. We received email confirmatins form home-click promptly, never had to contact you, so can't comment on that, but communications to us from you and from yellow freight were really terrific.
