Customer service was quick to respond as we had questions about the shelves that were provided.
The shelves provided turned out to be the incorrect shelves for the newer cabinet, which I ended up contacting the cabinet manufacturer directly (number provided by Homeclick customer service).

Haven't installed them yet, but I opened them up, and they look nice and feel substantial. I was looking for a very standard, classic style, so I felt I shouldn't have to pay up for something without a lot of bells & whistles. I was shocked that simple-style medicine cabinets often run north of $300 each! So these fit the bill well. Note, the shelving is really flimsy and cheap, but that's to be expected given the low price; I'll have my glass guy replace them, probably for next to nothing...
