    Comments about Kohler Purist Toilet Paper Holder:

    I ordered 3 of these for 3 new bathrooms to match Purist and Grohe Atrio fixtures. I purchased this item because I thought it would have an open end, as pictured. (My family members are more likely to change out empty toilet tissue rolls when they don't have to move mechanisms!) It actually has two escutcheon plates and a rotating arm that rests in a notch, not an open "L" shape. It looks good and works well -- but I did have to give my husband and 8-year-old a demonstration on how it worked since the notch is not immediately obvious. Overall, I'm happy with its looks and functionality.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
