I installed this for a customer of mine and would like to put one in my own kitchen. The convenience of instant hot water right when you want it! Our hot water travels from the 3rd floor to the first so it takes quite a while to get there. The design is also very attractive and sleek.

I would hope that someone could lend some friendly advice on how to get rid of the plastic taste, my family won't even drink the water. This unit replaced an existing unit and we had great luck with the past unit.

This was a replacement for one we had for over 10 years. The other one still functions fine, but was chrome and we remodeled and needed white to go with the new kitchen. I couldn't live without it, I use it several times a day everyday, for cooking, tea, instant coffee...
