      Well known ceiling fan brand (Hunter)--first one I bought because of their good reputation. [...]But...Hunter customer service is TERRIBLE. Had a simple question about wiring--wiring for the previous fan didn't match the instruction's diagram. Called Hunter's "immediate customer service line." On hold for 15 minutes. Left message. No callback. Next morning--early-- called Hunter's "immediate customer service line" again. On hold for 15 minutes again. Left message. No callback. Sent e-mail to their "immediate reply customer service e-mail address." No response. Called electrician.Five days later, back home in Ohio, I received a call from their customer service desk asking if they could help; two days after that I received an answer to my e-mail. If that was their "immediate" response, I'd hate to see their "routine" response time. Makes me thing twice about buying another Hunter product if that was the best they could do for their customer, when the product was obviously designed for homeowner instalation.
